1. The organizer of the competition is Spryker Systems GmbH. The terms and conditions apply to the raffle "Emerce eDay 2018". By participating in the competition, the participant accepts these conditions of participation and the specified deadlines.

3. The participation in the raffle and the chances of winning are in no way coupled with the purchase of products or the use of services of Spryker Systems GmbH. Participation in the competition is free.

5. Employees and legal representatives of Spryker Systems GmbH and their family members are excluded from participating in the competition.
6. The draw of the winners will be randomly selected among all eligible participants. The date of determination of the eligibility and the raffle is at the latest the working day following the closing date of the participation. The winners will be documented in Excel and the data will be stored at Spryker Systems GmbH until the end of the competition.
7. In the event of a prize, the participant will be informed immediately by e-mail from Spryker Systems GmbH.
8. Each participant may win only one prize during the duration of the competition. Each participant will only be included once in the raffle. Multiple answers will not be considered. Only persons with the correct and complete name are allowed to participate. If a name with a corresponding email address appears twice in the list, it will be excluded.
9. Spryker Systems GmbH is entitled to exclude participants from the raffle immediately for good cause. This is particularly the case in the event of a breach of these conditions of participation, in case of completed or attempted manipulation of the raffle or attempted malfunction or influence on the orderly course of the game. 10. Spryker Systems GmbH reserves the right to cancel or terminate the Contest at any time without notice and without giving reasons. 12. A cash payment of the winnings or the exchange for another price is not possible. The claim to the prize can not be assigned.
13. The right of recourse is excluded.
